Plote Property Management, L.L.C., was established in 1985 under the name Rental Systems L.L.C. Plote Property Management services a variety of different property types and land sites. Our extensive and expanding portfolio includes over one million square feet of office, warehouse, commercial, retail and residential units. Examples of properties within our Illinois portfolio include the Rock Road Industrial Park in East Dundee, Smith Drive Industrial Park in Huntley, Algonquin Corporate Campus, and Hillside Town Center.

Our industrial and office complexes are designed to accommodate a wide range of needs from the small 1,000 square foot user to a 20,000 square foot tenant. All of our properties are well maintained by our on-site maintenance team providing Plote Property Management a higher-than-average tenant retention ratio.

Our Hillside Town Center retail project opened to the public on March 8, 2009, and houses a number of current tenants and buyers which include Target, Staples, Petco, Chase, and Holiday Inn Express. Plote Properties can suit your every need, from purchasing existing office space to leasing warehouse space. We also provide build-to-suits and improved land sites.
